For over 35 years, my work with schools, colleges, and communities across Mumbai
and Navi Mumbai has revealed a powerful truth: every child holds unique potential, but too often,
the right guidance to unlock it remains out of reach.
My journey as a Community Upliftment & Social Worker has been driven by a singular
vision — to uplift through education.
Through decades of conversations with students, parents, and educators, I’ve learned that
academic achievement alone is not enough. True success blossoms when young minds discover their
innate strengths, passions, and purpose.
This realization led me to pioneer psychometric analysis and counseling in our
community. With science as our compass and experience as our guide, PsyQmetrics
was born — a bridge between raw talent and meaningful opportunity.

Our mission is clear: empower students, families, and educational institutions/schools with the insights they need to make confident decisions about learning, careers, and life.
My dedication to education traces back to 1990, when we founded Crescent School. What began as a humble institution has since nurtured generations of learners, proving that community-rooted education can transform both individuals and society.

This vision has been nurtured by Mohammed Ibrahim S.H, a dedicated Social Worker and Founder of PsyQmetrics (2014), Fatmo Charitable Trust (2018), and Crescent High School (1990).
